# Hanyu Group fell over 9% as the stock recently hit a new high, with the controlling shareholder and its concerted parties cumulatively reducing their holdings by 0.59%

Hanyu Group is currently down 9.33% at HKD 18.28, with a transaction volume of HKD 2 billion, and a latest market capitalization of HKD 11 billion, still up 84% year-to-date; the stock reached an intraday high of HKD 23.86 last Thursday, setting a historical record. Hanyu Group announced last Friday evening that between February 25, 2025, and February 27, 2025, controlling shareholder Mr. Shi Huashan and his concerted parties, Ms. Liang Yingguang and Ms. Guo Lihua, collectively reduced their holdings by 3,552,038 shares through competitive trading and block trading, accounting for 0.59% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, Mr. Shi Huashan and his concerted parties' shareholding ratio changed from 39.28% to 38.69%, touching an integer multiple of 1%
