# Feymer appointed Han Jiangwen as General Manager

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Feymer (688350.SH) stated that the company will hold the 31st meeting of the fifth board of directors on March 3, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the appointment of the company's general manager (president). Following the nomination by the company's chairman, the nomination committee of the board of directors has approved the nomination, and the board of directors has agreed to appoint Mr. Han Jiangwen as the company's general manager, with a term starting from the date of approval at the 31st meeting of the fifth board of directors until the end of the fifth board of directors' term.
