According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wenke Green Technology (002775.SZ) announced that its shareholder Zeguang Investment plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 9.65368 million shares (inclusive), or no more than 1.6% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months from the third trading day after the announcement
