Sunshine Circuits announced that the company will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, the first meeting of the fourth board of directors, and the first meeting of the fourth supervisory board on March 5, 2025, completing the election of the board of directors and the supervisory board. The non-independent directors of the fourth board include Zhang Peike, Hu Shiyi, Dou Xucai, and Zhao Chunlin, while the independent directors include Ma Xufei, LIN JIANWU, and Li Juanjuan. The shareholder representative supervisors of the fourth supervisory board are Qin Xiaohu and Zhang Yanfen, and the employee representative supervisor is Zhang Qiandong.
