# Sunshine Circuits: The Board of Directors and Supervisory Board have completed the election of new members

Sunshine Circuits announced that the company will hold its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, the first meeting of the fourth board of directors, and the first meeting of the fourth supervisory board on March 5, 2025, completing the election of the board of directors and the supervisory board. The non-independent directors of the fourth board include Zhang Peike, Hu Shiyi, Dou Xucai, and Zhao Chunlin, while the independent directors include Ma Xufei, LIN JIANWU, and Li Juanjuan. The shareholder representative supervisors of the fourth supervisory board are Qin Xiaohu and Zhang Yanfen, and the employee representative supervisor is Zhang Qiandong. The company appointed Zhang Peike as the acting general manager, Hu Shiyi and Dou Xucai as deputy general managers, Zhang Wei as the secretary of the board and chief financial officer, Hou Juanjuan as the securities affairs representative, and Tan Liping as the head of the internal audit department. The term of the above personnel is from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the fourth board of directors
