# Donper Group's subsidiary plans to invest approximately 2 billion yuan to build a high-end variable frequency intelligent manufacturing base project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Dongbei Group (601956.SH) announced that its subsidiary Huangshi Dongbei Compressor Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongbei Compressor Company") plans to invest approximately 2 billion yuan in the Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tieshan District, to build a high-end variable frequency intelligent manufacturing base project. This includes a new type of intelligent flat compressor project, an air conditioning compressor project, and a research and development center project, which will be constructed in phases. The first phase project is the new type of intelligent flat compressor project, with a planned investment of 581 million yuan.

In this investment project, the first phase of the new type of intelligent flat compressor project is divided into two phases: Phase 1.1 is planned to start construction in March 2025 and be completed in December 2025, with the construction of two new flat compressor production lines; Phase 1.2 plans to expand three new flat compressor production lines, with the start time determined based on the operation and market conditions of Phase 1.1.

Once this investment project reaches full production capacity, the company will add new production capacity for the new type of intelligent flat compressor, which will help the company produce products that meet different market demands and expand market share. This investment project introduces a batch of domestic and imported automation and intelligent production technologies and equipment, improving the company's technological equipment level and product development capabilities, achieving intelligent management of the production process, enhancing overall operational efficiency, improving product quality consistency and stability, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing market competitiveness
