# ALTON ELECTRICAL plans to acquire 100% equity of Producteers to enrich its product line layout

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ALTON ELECTRICAL (301187.SZ) plans to use its own funds to acquire 100% of the shares of Producteers International GmbH (referred to as "Producteers") held by ALGO Handels GmbH and Producteers Holding ApS through its wholly-owned subsidiary ALTON HONG KONG's German company or other affiliated companies. The transaction price for the equity transfer in this deal will not exceed 17.5 million euros.

The announcement indicates that the target company Producteers is registered in Germany, with its main products including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, water pumps, and high-pressure cleaner accessories, primarily serving the European market. This acquisition will help further solidify the company's leading position in the air-powered equipment and cleaning equipment industry, enhance the visibility of the company's products in the European market, and further enrich the company's product line layout
