# JOINTAS plans to launch the fifth employee stock ownership plan, with a scale not exceeding 3.1229 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JOINTAS (002909.SZ) has disclosed the draft of the fifth employee stock ownership plan. The funding scale of the company's employee stock ownership plan does not exceed 13.3661 million yuan, and the source of the stock is the repurchased A-share common stock of JOINTAS in the company's repurchase special account, with a holding scale not exceeding 3.122919 million shares. The purchase price for the company's repurchased stock is 4.28 yuan per share. The total number of participants in this employee stock ownership plan does not exceed 55 people.

In addition, the duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 36 months, starting from the date when the draft of this plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
