On the evening of March 7, QINGMU announced that the "Consistent Action Agreement" signed by the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Lü Bin and Lu Bin, before the initial public offering is about to expire. To ensure the stability of the company's operations and the efficiency of decision-making, both parties signed a "Supplementary Agreement to the Consistent Action Agreement" on March 7, 2025, extending the consistent action arrangement until it terminates six years after the company's listing on March 11, 2022
