# GENVICT plans to acquire 100% equity of CheLutong to accelerate the layout of related business

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GENVICT (002869.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 100% equity of CheLuTong Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CheLuTong" or "the target company") for a cash consideration of RMB 74.424 million.

This transaction aligns with the company's development strategy and will help the company accelerate the layout of related businesses comprehensively, enhancing its operational and profitability capabilities. The company and the target company will fully leverage their respective resource advantages, aiming to achieve overall synergy from this acquisition through technological collaboration, business collaboration, supply chain collaboration, and talent collaboration, thereby enhancing the company's core competitiveness
