# SUNDIRO HOLDING plans to raise no more than 400 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SUNDIRO HOLDING (000571.SZ) disclosed its plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The target for this issuance is Dalian Hesheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hesheng Group"), which is the company's largest shareholder and is controlled by the company's actual controller, Wang Wenfeng. The price for the issuance of shares to specific targets is set at 3.04 yuan per share, and the total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed 400 million yuan (including issuance expenses). After deducting issuance expenses, the net funds raised are intended to be invested in repaying bank loans and supplementing working capital
