# Guangxi Energy Chairman Tang Danzhong resigns, Vice Chairman Huang Weijian acts in his position

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Guangxi Energy (600310.SH) stated that on March 12, 2025, the company received a written resignation letter from Chairman Tang Danzhong. Due to work requirements, Tang Danzhong has requested to resign from his positions as a director of the company's ninth board of directors, chairman, and member of relevant committees. After his resignation, Tang Danzhong will no longer hold any position in the company.

In accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Association, the company's vice chairman Huang Weijian will act as the chairman of the company until a new chairman is elected. The company will convene a board meeting and a shareholders' meeting as soon as possible in accordance with relevant regulations and legal procedures to elect new directors and a chairman
