# HAYEUR's IPO pricing is set at 20.87 CNY per share, with subscription starting on March 17

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhejiang Huaye (301616.SZ) announced that the issuer and Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "sponsor (lead underwriter)" or "Haitong Securities") comprehensively considered factors such as the issuer's fundamentals, industry conditions, market situation, valuation levels of peer listed companies, fundraising needs, and underwriting risks, and negotiated to determine the issue price for this issuance at RMB 20.87 per share.

Investors are requested to subscribe at this price through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system on March 17, 2025 (T day) using the online subscription method based on market value, without the need to pay subscription funds at the time of application. The online subscription date is March 17, 2025 (T day), and the online subscription time is from 9:15 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 15:00
