# BHCC: Jinrong Group plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Bohai Chemical (600800.SH) announced that within three months after the 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, Jinrong Group plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 11.1005 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's current total share capital) through centralized bidding and block trading
