This system comprehensively showcases the innovative application and practice of artificial intelligence and DeepSeek technology in the intelligent heating customer service system, and it is also an important innovative achievement of the first ERP hyper-converged management platform heating sector independently developed by Jinan Energy Group. Jinan Thermal Group, under Jinan Energy Group, and SYNTHESISELECTRONIC jointly developed this intelligent customer service system based on artificial intelligence and DeepSeek technology
