On March 15th, Lucky Harvest Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Key Components of Humanoid Robots" and the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Key Components of New Energy Vehicles" with Sandu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Wudi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on key technologies of humanoid robots and key components of new energy vehicles, strengthening cooperation between enterprises, promoting technological innovation, and accelerating technological advancement. Lucky Harvest Technology collaborates with Sandu Intelligent to achieve complementary advantages and resource sharing, breaking through key technologies of humanoid robots and promoting their application in fields such as microbiology, semiconductors, automobiles, and photovoltaic energy storage. At the same time, both parties explore the establishment of a joint venture company controlled by Lucky Harvest Technology as a platform for industrial cooperation to carry out the industrialization promotion and application of intelligent manufacturing and humanoid robot technology.
