On March 17th, Jinshi Data reported that FPT announced that the company has completed the debt transfer and related transactions with Jiangxi Province Huiyikang Trading Co., Ltd. According to the agreement previously approved by the board of directors and the shareholders' meeting, the company will transfer the outstanding investment debt owed by Shenzhen Yiersansisi Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Penglian Xingwang Industrial Co., Ltd. to Huiyikang Trading. The principal of the transferred debt is 120 million yuan, along with the corresponding capital occupation fees and overdue payment penalties.
