# Transimage TECH.'s actual controller and its concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Transimage TECH (002866.SZ) announced that it recently received a "Share Reduction Plan Notification Letter" issued by its controlling shareholder and actual controller Mr. Zou Weimin and his concerted party Ningbo Getong Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Getong Venture Capital"). They plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares within three months after 15 trading days from the announcement of this reduction plan, through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction not exceeding 8.6857 million shares, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital as of now
