# Hylink plans to sign a commercial cooperation framework agreement with Huannian Cultural Tourism, with a total agreement amount of 300 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hylink (603825.SH) plans to sign a "Commercial Cooperation Framework Agreement" with its controlling shareholder Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Development Group Co., Ltd. ("Xiangjiang Group")'s wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Huannian Cultural Tourism Investment Co., Ltd. ("Huannian Cultural Tourism"). The company will provide consulting coordination, marketing, and brand promotion services for various operational assets under Huannian Cultural Tourism. The cooperation agreement is valid for three years, with a total amount of RMB 300 million (including tax)
