# Tianfu Culture Tourism plans to jointly establish a "Shoot in Sichuan" film and television production service system with Chengdu CYTS and others

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Tianfu Culture Tourism (000558.SZ) stated that the company, together with Beijing Chunguanghao Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chunguanghao Media"), Shanghai Linlin Jiangzi Cultural Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Linlin Media"), and Chengdu China Youth Travel Service Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengdu CYTS"), jointly invested to establish Chengdu Pai Zai Sichuan Film and Tourism Cultural Development Co., Ltd. (tentative name, the target company). They aim to innovate and create a "Pai Zai Sichuan" film production service system. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 40% of the equity in the target company. According to the "Investor Agreement" and the "Joint Action Agreement," the target company will be included in the company's consolidation scope.

The announcement stated that the company aims to deepen its involvement in film production services through the establishment of the target company, focusing on leading film projects in the market, further improving the professional support system for scene planning, props, and costumes in film production, as well as providing accommodation and transportation services for film crews. By fully integrating into the film production process, they intend to build a first-class one-stop film shooting service system in the western region. At the same time, the target company will explore innovative development paths for the integration of film and tourism under policy guidance and support, actively integrating cultural tourism operation experience, tourism scene resources, and a service business network covering the entire Sichuan province to create and develop new tourism products and routes, lock in quality cultural tourism resources and scenes, and expand operations in film shooting bases, film research and study, film training, IP incubation, and other businesses, continuously expanding the development space for film business and promoting the integrated development of film and tourism business
