# STAR SHUAIER plans to repurchase company shares for between 50 million and 100 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, STAR SHUAIER (002860.SZ) plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase a portion of the company's ordinary shares (A-shares) issued in the domestic market through centralized bidding. The repurchased shares will be used for the equity incentive plan or employee stock ownership plan. The total amount for this repurchase will be no less than RMB 50 million (inclusive) and no more than RMB 100 million (inclusive), with a repurchase price not exceeding RMB 15 per share (inclusive). The implementation period for the repurchase of shares is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves this repurchase plan
