# BDStar plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan in 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BDStar (002151.SZ) has disclosed the employee stock ownership plan (draft) for 2025. This plan will acquire the company's repurchased A-share common stock through legal methods allowed by laws and regulations, with the total number of shares acquired not exceeding 5,018,178 shares. The acquisition price for the shares held in the company's repurchase special securities account is set at 13.51 yuan per share. The total number of participants in this employee stock ownership plan will not exceed 213, including 7 directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel.

In addition, the duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 48 months, starting from the date the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
