According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shanghai Zhidi Chainjin Industrial Co., Ltd. was established, with Dai Haibo as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: manufacturing of automotive parts and accessories; R&D of automotive parts; R&D of new material technology; wholesale of automotive parts; battery sales; sales of metal materials; sales of intelligent in-vehicle equipment, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Shandong Zhidi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., which is jointly held by Xingmin ITS, Shanghai Xingzhongzhi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and others
