The repurchased shares will be used entirely for implementing the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentives, with an expected repurchase quantity of no less than 50 million shares and no more than 83.33 million shares, accounting for 1.29% to 2.15% of the company's total share capital. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date of the board of directors' approval.
