# WANFENG AUTO WHEEL's subsidiary completes the acquisition of related assets from Volocopter GmbH

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WANFENG AUTO WHEEL (002085.SZ) announced that on March 20, 2025, Beijing time (March 19, 2025, Central European time), its subsidiary heptus 591.GmbH signed a "Delivery Memorandum" with the counterparty and completed the delivery of the acquired assets related to Volocopter GmbH. After the completion of the asset delivery for this acquisition, the company will actively promote business integration in the eVTOL field
