# Two shareholders of SBT plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 3.39%

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, SBT (688392.SH) stated that due to its own funding needs, Jianlin Enterprise Management plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.1491 million shares, which is no more than 1.87% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan announcement, through centralized bidding and/or block trading. Mr. Zhu Xiang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.75 million shares, which is no more than 1.52% of the company's total share capital, through block trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan announcement
