Union Optech announced that the company received a regulatory letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Growth Enterprise Market Company Management Department due to inaccurate and untimely information disclosure, as well as publishing disclosable matters through illegal channels. The specific violations include: incorrectly disclosing predictive information in the 2023 annual report that the large-load quadruped robot is ready for mass production, while the actual situation is that the project is still in the early development stage, with no research and development results or core technology; failing to timely disclose significant progress in terminating this business in June 2024; and providing inaccurate information when responding to investor inquiries through illegal channels
