After the market closes on March 25, the "ZhiShang Convertible Bond" that has not been converted will cease conversion, and the remaining convertible bonds will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.38 yuan per bond. If forcibly redeemed, investors may face investment losses. ② China Automotive Systems: The board of directors has agreed to appoint Zhang Zipeng as the general manager of the company. After assuming the role of general manager, Zhang Zipeng will no longer hold the position of deputy general manager
