# NEBULA ELECTRONICS and Tianji Intelligent Strategic Cooperation to Promote the Development of Embodied Intelligence and Humanoid Robots

According to NEBULA ELECTRONICS, the company recently reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Guangdong Tianji Intelligent System Co., Ltd. NEBULA ELECTRONICS will collaborate with Tianji Intelligent through its wholly-owned subsidiary Fujian Province Nebula Embodied Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. in the field of embodied intelligence and humanoid robots. Through technological synergy, they will jointly seize market opportunities and promote the development of the industrial ecosystem. According to the cooperation content, both parties will also jointly create an overall application solution for humanoid robots in scenarios such as lithium batteries and new energy vehicles, expanding the robotics business
