# Runhe High-Tech Materials plans to invest approximately 400 million yuan in Zhuhai to implement a high-end organic silicon new materials project to extend the industrial chain

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Runhe High-Tech Materials (300727.SZ) announced that the company plans to sign a "Project Investment Agreement" with the Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee. The plan is to establish an independent legal entity project company in the Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone to implement the construction of a high-end organic silicon new materials project. The total planned investment for this project is approximately RMB 400 million, covering an area of about 79,900 square meters. Once the project is fully operational, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of over RMB 800 million.

The announcement stated that this external investment is based on the company's positive expectations for the future development prospects of the organic silicon industry, leveraging the geographical advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to continuously promote the company's strategic layout of extending the industrial chain in the organic silicon industry
