# Some shareholders of BES have completed a reduction of 1.97% of their shares

According to the announcement from BES (688608.SH), the company's shareholders Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Baibifu Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ningbo Baibifu"), Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Qianbifu Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ningbo Qianbifu"), and Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Yibifu Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Ningbo Yibifu") have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 2.3605 million shares, accounting for 1.97% of the total share capital, and the reduction plan has been completed
