The three major stock indices opened lower and rose throughout the morning session, closing collectively in the green. In terms of sectors, the chemical raw materials concept led the market, with Huarong Chemical, SHANSHUI TECH, and Hengguang Technology hitting the 20% daily limit. The photolithography machine concept showed strong fluctuations, with Kemet and HIGHLY both reaching the daily limit. The pharmaceutical sector surged in the morning, with Xilong Chemical and Rundu Pharma hitting the daily limit during trading. The marine engineering equipment concept collectively adjusted, with Dalian Heavy Industry and ShenKAI shares hitting the daily limit down. The controlled nuclear fusion concept showed weak fluctuations, with HaHuan HuTong dropping over 10% to lead the decline. Power stocks fell across the board, with Jiangsu New Energy and Jiuzhou Group leading the declines. Overall, more stocks fell than rose, with over 3,000 stocks declining.
