# TYE plans to grant 4.3 million shares of restricted stock

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TYE (300789.SZ) disclosed the draft of the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan, which proposes to grant a total of 4.3 million restricted shares to the incentive recipients (4 million shares for the initial grant and 300,000 shares reserved). The grant price for the initially granted restricted shares is set at 12.54 yuan per share. The total number of incentive recipients for this initial grant is 65.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of the initial grant of restricted shares until all granted restricted shares of the incentive recipients have vested or become invalid, with a maximum duration of no more than 60 months
