# HQTI: Increased investment of 245 million yuan in Anhui Hanzheng

HQTI announced that it has completed a capital increase of 245 million yuan to Anhui Hanzheng Bearing Technology Co., Ltd. After the capital increase, it holds 47.57% of the equity in Anhui Hanzheng. At the same time, the company's related party Sanhang Wansheng acquired 17.6764 million yuan of the 4.95 million yuan registered capital held by original shareholder Liu Dong, accounting for 3.43% of the equity after the capital increase. Anhui Hanzheng has been renamed Anhui Hanzheng Aerospace Materials Co., Ltd. and has completed the industrial and commercial change registration. The changed equity structure is as follows: HQTI holds 47.57%, Sanhang Wansheng holds 3.43%, and other shareholders include Xi'an Tangxing Small and Medium-sized Technology Enterprise Investment Fund Partnership, Lingbi Zhengji Metal Materials Partnership, Northwestern Polytechnical University Asset Management Co., Ltd., Liu Dong, and Xi'an Zhengming Engineering Technology Development Partnership
