# ST ZQGAME: Received the administrative penalty decision issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau

Jin Shi Data reported on March 28 that ST ZQGAME announced that the company and relevant parties received an administrative penalty decision from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau. The annual reports from 2019 to 2021 contained false records, artificially inflating or deflating profits. The company failed to timely disclose that the actual controller was subjected to criminal coercive measures. The Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a warning to the company and imposed a fine of 4 million yuan; fines of 2 million yuan were imposed on Li Ruijie and Zhang Yunxia respectively; Li Yilun was fined 1 million yuan; and Zhang Siqun was fined 500,000 yuan. For the failure to timely disclose that the actual controller was subjected to criminal coercive measures, a warning was issued, and a fine of 1 million yuan was imposed; fines of 3.5 million yuan were imposed on Zhang Yunxia and Li Ruijie; Li Yilun was fined 500,000 yuan; and Gao Guozhou was fined 200,000 yuan
