On March 28th, ZHEJIANG ZHENYUAN announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written report submitted by Vice Chairman and General Manager Chai Jun. Due to a job transfer, Chai Jun applied to resign from the positions of Vice Chairman and General Manager of the company, and after resigning, he will not hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Chai Jun's resignation report will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. The relevant responsibilities of the General Manager will be temporarily performed by the company's Chairman, Wu Haiming
