AIM: Plans to sign a financial service agreement with AHTHGC
AIM announced that the company intends to sign a "Financial Service Agreement" with AHTHGC, to open deposit and loan accounts at AHTHGC, and for AHTHGC to provide relevant financial services to the company. The maximum daily deposit balance in the company's account at AHTHGC shall not exceed 1.5 billion yuan, and AHTHGC will provide the company with a comprehensive credit limit of no more than 900 million yuan and a entrusted loan limit of no more than 200 million yuan. As of February 28, 2025, the company's deposit business amount at AHTHGC is 916 million yuan, and the credit usage limit is 0 yuan. This related party transaction is subject to approval by the shareholders' meeting
