# Troy Information: The China Securities Regulatory Commission has launched an investigation into the company

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Troy Information (300366.SZ) announced that on March 28, 2025, it received a "Notice of Case Filing" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission ("CSRC"). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, the CSRC decided to file a case against the company in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China, among other laws and regulations
