# TALENT MEDIA plans to change its full name to "Zhejiang Huazhi Digital Media Co., Ltd."

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TALENT MEDIA (300426.SZ) stated that the company's board of directors has reviewed and approved the proposal on changing the company's name and stock abbreviation, as well as the proposal on changing the registered capital, company type, and amending the "Articles of Association" and handling the business registration change. The company plans to change its name to "Zhejiang Huazhi Digital Media Co., Ltd." and its stock abbreviation to "Huazhi Digital Media."
