# J-Micro: Shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

J-Micro announced that its shareholder J-Micro Junhe plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 4,476,150 shares, or no more than 3% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement is disclosed, starting from the 15th trading day
