SGSG: Supplementary election of Su Binghua as an independent director

SGSG announced that the company will hold the eighth meeting of the fifth board of directors on March 14, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the supplementary election of independent directors of the fifth board of directors. The board agreed to nominate Mr. Su Binghua as a candidate for independent director of the fifth board of directors. The company will hold the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 on March 31, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the supplementary election of independent directors of the fifth board of directors. Mr. Su Binghua was elected as an independent director of the fifth board of directors and will serve as the chairman of the remuneration and assessment committee, a member of the nomination committee, and a member of the strategic committee of the fifth board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 until the expiration of the term of the fifth board of directors
