# GLODON's subsidiary plans to invest USD 5 million in the B&M Phase III Fund to layout in the construction engineering-related fields

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Glodon (002410.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Glodon (Hong Kong) Software Co., Ltd., intends to invest in BRICK & MORTAR VENTURES III, L.P. (referred to as "B&M Phase III Fund"). The fund primarily focuses on investment layouts across the entire cycle of construction projects (design, construction, management and operation, commercialization) and across all fields (residential, commercial, oil and gas, industrial, infrastructure), with a target fund size of USD 200 million. The company plans to invest USD 5 million through its Hong Kong subsidiary to subscribe for fund shares, accounting for 2.5% of the fund's target size
