# CAC: After the adjustment, the online issuance winning rate is 0.0213%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Taihe Co., Ltd. (301665.SZ) announced that due to the preliminary effective subscription multiple being 9684.81771 times, which is higher than 100 times, the issuer and the sponsor (lead underwriter) decided to initiate the allocation mechanism. After deducting the final strategic placement quantity, 20.00% (rounded up to the nearest multiple of 500 shares, which is 7.65 million shares) of the publicly issued shares will be reallocated from offline to online. After the reallocation, the final offline issuance quantity is 23.40 million shares, accounting for 61.18% of the issuance quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity; the final online issuance quantity is 14.85 million shares, accounting for 38.82% of the issuance quantity after deducting the final strategic placement quantity. After the reallocation, the online issuance winning rate is 0.0212962191%, and the effective subscription multiple is 4695.66919 times
