According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HYGF (600348.SH) announced that Shanxi Sanwei Huabang Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Sanwei Huabang") intends to transfer its 6.9% equity stake in Yangquan Coal Industry Group Finance Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yangmei Finance Company"). The company, as a shareholder of Yangmei Finance Company, intends to exercise its right of first refusal on this portion of equity (referred to as "target equity")
