According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Anji Technology (688019.SH) announced that the convertible bonds issued this time are referred to as "Anji Convertible Bonds," with the bond code "118054." A total of 830.5 million yuan of convertible bonds will be issued, with a face value of 100 yuan per bond, totaling 830,500 lots (8,305,000 bonds), issued at face value. The priority subscription date for existing shareholders and the online subscription date are both set for April 7, 2025 (T day), with online subscription times from 9:30 to 11:30 and 13:00 to 15:00 on T day
