# Aisidi signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with the Development and Reform Bureau of Longgang District, Shenzhen

According to aisidi, on April 1st, Longgang District of Shenzhen, under the guidance of the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau and the Shenzhen Municipal Financial Office, held the "Mergers and Acquisitions Wave Surge Bay Area Innovation Gathering Longgang" industrial and financial co-construction and mergers and acquisitions ecosystem conference. At the conference, it was announced that a district-level merger fund of 2 billion yuan would be jointly established with Bank of China AIC and others, and a strategic cooperation framework agreement was signed with aisidi and three other listed companies, officially constructing a "policy + capital + ecosystem" system. aisidi stated that the strategic cooperation framework agreement signed with the Development and Reform Bureau of Longgang District, Shenzhen, will leverage capital to promote regional industrial upgrading
