# GAD: The holding subsidiary successfully won the state-owned construction land use rights

GAD announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guoxiang Aviation, successfully won the bidding for the use rights of three pieces of state-owned construction land in Wenfeng Town, Pinghe County, at a total price of 47.9 million yuan, and signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Rights Transfer Contract" with the Pinghe County Natural Resources Bureau. The total area of the land parcels is 86,776 square meters, 20,131 square meters, and 20,000 square meters, respectively, designated for commercial service land, commercial land, and scientific research land, with transfer periods of 40 years and 50 years, respectively. The acquisition of the land use rights aligns with the construction plan of the low-altitude economic industrial park project and lays a solid foundation for advancing the project. The funding source will be Guoxiang Aviation's own funds or self-raised funds, which will not adversely affect the company's financial and operational status
