# Cosmos plans to implement a repurchase of no more than 15 million to 30 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 4 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Cosmos (002133.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and self-raised funds to repurchase company shares through the centralized bidding trading method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, for the purpose of an employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive. The total amount of repurchase funds will not be less than RMB 15 million and not exceed RMB 30 million. The repurchase price per share will not exceed RMB 4. The implementation period for the repurchase of shares is within 12 months from the date of the shareholders' meeting resolution approving the repurchase plan
