# The actual controllers of ABACHEM have changed to Cai Tong and Wang Xinya

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, ABACHEM (300261.SZ) recently received a "Supplementary Agreement (II) to the Consistent Action Agreement" signed by actual controllers Cai Tong, Wang Xinya, Wang Zhuoying, and Ma Lifan. Wang Zhuoying and Ma Lifan have withdrawn from the original consistent action agreement for personal reasons and will no longer be signatories to the original consistent action agreement. They have terminated their consistent action relationship with Cai Tong and Wang Xinya, and will no longer fall under the various circumstances defined for consistent action relationships in the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies." They will also no longer be considered as joint actual controllers of the company. The actual controllers of the company have changed from Cai Tong, Wang Xinya, Wang Zhuoying, and Ma Lifan to Cai Tong and Wang Xinya
