# Leascend: Plans to purchase equity in Xingchu Century Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Leascend Technology Co., Ltd., with stock suspension not exceeding 10 trading days

Leascend Technology announced that the company is planning to acquire equity in Xingchu Century Technology Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Leascend Technology Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payments, as well as to raise matching funds and conduct related party transactions. Due to the uncertainty of the relevant matters, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the opening of the market on April 7, 2025. The company expects to disclose information related to this transaction in accordance with relevant regulations within no more than 10 trading days, specifically by April 21, 2025. If the company fails to hold a board meeting to review and disclose the relevant information within the above timeframe, the company's securities will resume trading at the latest from the opening of the market on April 21, 2025, and the planning of related matters will be terminated
